forgot my password

Hi, I lost my password to the bi and I eiter dont know who is my administrator so i can't reset the password. please help me!!!

I lost my password to the bi and I eiter dont know who is my administrator so i can't reset the password.

    Hi lital12004,

     

    Can you get your password back by following the link in the snapshot? Please contact your admin. For the sake of security, I'm afraid there aren't other options.
