force a refresh on the browser, so user sees new data?

I have a report live at https://app.powerbi.com/groups/xyz...

With a table visualization as::

The .pbix consumes from a SSAS, which gets updated every 3, 4 hours.

The problem is that some users have the tab open in https://app.powerbi.com/groups/xyz... For days... and it never refreshes automatically, the user has to hit control+f5 or the 'refresh' button. Is there a way to force a refresh on the user side, if it has the tab open for more than 2 hours?

      This is not solved. The request was to have the browser update the power bi report. the answer is for the desktop.
