filters and visuals keep loading - bug?

hello all

I have a problem in Power Bi service. I have published a report some months ago. The dataset is fine and refreshing works perfectly. However, when I open the report, the filter and tabs keep "loading" and beeing blurry. 

I think it may have been because when I open I am in a tab with "Inserted picture". 

What to do? See attached picture.

Did it load successfully? what the dataset connect mode? IF it is import model, and I see it is in My workspace, this progress will be dealed in share capacity. Sometime it do not have enough power (cpu) to deal with these progress, such as load picture or refresh data.
