feature usage and adoption report is blank

can anyone help me understand why the feautre usage and adoption is blank for the report in the admin monitoring workspace. It says it properly refreshed, yet there is no data.

Thank you for reaching out microsoft fabric community forum.

• Check the Date Range filter at the top. If it's set to a period where no activity occurred, the report will appear blank.Adjust the Date Range filter to a broader period.
• The dataset might be refreshing successfully but failing to pull in new data. Check the Refresh History for any warnings or errors.
• If the workspace or capacity is not included in monitoring settings, the data might not be available.Ensure that monitoring is enabled for the required workspaces and capacities.
• Microsoft Fabric retains logs for a specific period. If the activity falls outside this window, it won't be available in the report.
