external user access to powerbi
how to give external user access in powerbi without using azure active directory.

Hi susil123 ,
For granting access to external users, there is no alternative method to using Azure Active Directory for the time being(because it's always rely on the scheduled invitation or Ad hoc invitation), but you can consider using Embed for your customers from Power BI Embedded.
Even if customers are external users, they don't need to log in with their Power BI credentials to view embedded content.

I am pretty sure you cannot. Curious to see if anyone has a workaround though.
