Helper IIIexporting from app to pdf/PowerPoint, fails
Hi folks!
the problem is that whan i use my organization account, all it works good
when i use an external guest account like [email protected] all it works good
but whe i use an extenal provider account like that (an external ipv account), dont work

Hi rufmau68 ,
It's better to check Export and sharing settings under Tenant settings. Make sure the user has access to export the data.
