error "We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation."

Hello, 

Please could you advice me how to resolve issue.

Suddenly report start to fail with error "We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation."
But on Desktop this report refreshes successfully.

This report has as sourse : table based on SQL server database and then I append this table with data from sharepoint file.

I tried to understand and reproduce this error... and I found that this error I get after appending my main table.

NOTE!!! This report was succesfully refreshed till 21.05.2024.

(I have already tried to change Privacy level - no luck)

I found the reason of the problem. My colleague changed some properties on file, he put some restriction on file.

Can you please ensure that you have got the latest version of Power BI desktop installed Also can you please ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Power BI Gateway that should hopefully resolve your issue?

I use the latest Gateway version. And problem still persists.

I would then enable logging on the Gateway to see why this error is happening.
