error in Dataflow Refresh -Destination array was not long enough

Hi team,

below error shown when Schedule Refresh Dataflow.
Error: An internal error occurred.. RootActivityId =" "Param1 = Destination array was not long enough. Check destIndex and length and the array's lower bounds. Request ID: " "

why this error occurs.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    The error may be caused by a file size mismatch, I can't reproduce your problem, is it possible to show a detailed error message (without sensitive information)?
