error both direct query and import method

Direct query dataset published in prod workspace, for refresh reports we are maintaining two gateways for high availability.

When we published getting the below error.

Cannot load model

Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server and try again.

Please check the technical details for more information. If you contact support, please provide these details.

• Underlying Error Power BI service client received error HTTP response. HTTP Status: 400. Power BI Error Code: Query User Error

• Query User Error Direct Query error: Direct Query may not be used with this data source - please consider moving to a supported data source or upgrading the SQL Server data source to the latest available version.

When we are using the import method below the error is found.
