Hi,
I have installed and configured a second enterprise gateway connection but I am unable to see this connection to refresh any of my reports. I still continue to have the first enterprise gateway connection available but the second is not available.
Is there anything that I need to do to enable the second gateway for connection?
Thanks in advance for any help
@burnie21 It should just show up in the Service without you having to do anything, just like the first EG you installed. My assumptions are that the 2nd EG is on a different server, and that the new server is domain joined.
Yes, the second server is domain joined but unfortunatley it still doesn't show up. I was able to use the first gateway to facilitate the connection so I worked around the issue, just wasn't sure why the second gateway wouldn't show up.
Thank
Correct, it was a second gateway. I am going to use the original gateway I setup to connect to the respective data sources. Thanks
