enterprise gateway not available

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have installed and configured a second enterprise gateway connection but I am unable to see this connection to refresh any of my reports. I still continue to have the first enterprise gateway connection available but the second is not available.&nbsp;Is there anything that I need to do to enable the second gateway for connection?&nbsp;Thanks in advance for any help&nbsp;

burnie21 By second enterprise gateway connection do you mean added a second data source or the actual installation of gateway ? You only need one gateway that you can use for multiple data sources.

burnie21&nbsp; It should just show up in the Service without you having to do anything, just like the first EG you installed. My assumptions are that the 2nd EG is on a different server, and that the new server is domain joined.&nbsp;

Yes, the second server is domain joined but unfortunatley it still doesn't show up. I was able to use the first gateway to facilitate the connection so I worked around the issue, just wasn't sure why the second gateway wouldn't show up.&nbsp;Thank

Correct, it was a second gateway. I am going to use the original gateway I setup to connect to the respective data sources. Thanks
