employee performance scorecard

Hello all -- I currently have employee performance for assessments that they are completing within power BI.  Managers have visibility to their team's performance.  However I am interested in building a page where the actual team member could view their performance (for only themselves)  perhaps they could enter their employee id number w a password or key to view.  Is this possible within POWER BI.  would be perferred if they could view on the online version of BI vs. desktop.  Anyone ever done something similiar or any other tools that could be downloaded?

This certainly can be done using Row Level Security.
