email subscriptions lost after republishing

I have a premium capacity, with an App containing a report that I've subscribed a number of email addresses to receive updates after the data refreshes each day.

I have just made a change to the Report in desktop, published to the service and re-published the App - and the email subscription has been totally lost.

Is this normal behaviour? Note that I am subscribing the users to the report from inside the App, and not the workspace, as it appears you can do both indepenedently.

Anyone able to shed any light or offer a way to stop this happening?

@Anonymous ,

I have made a test but couldn't reproduce your issue. The subscription users are still in the subscription list on my side. Could you clarify more about what have you done before this issue occurs?
