email subscription not working

Hey, today the email subscription is not working and appears this error message

does anybody knows why this happen.. all the workspace users are PRO Licenced.

Hi @waltercalcagno 

In the meantime, you can try this workaround:

Click ON settings > settings. 

Select Language.  Change to "English" for now. 

Refresh Power BI. 

 

In the Sbuscription screen, set an "End date" and ensure you've selected your local time zone.

support page says:

 

Power BI customers creating email subscriptions from browsers set to a language other than English may encounter the following message while trying to save changes: "Failed to load settings". Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 06/24/2020.

Hi, I appear to be getting the same error message, however this is in english format... As a Pro user. 

WOuld you have any ideas? with thanks

Hi @MarcHow 

Even tho your text is in English, you may not have your language set to English.  Like mine, it may be set to "default".  

Please check and let me know and I can try to help troubleshoot.

Thanks Michelle, 

I changed from Chrome to IE - this resovled it. Strangly though the systems was also amended the start and end date of the subscribtion. I needed to change it to 01/01/1990 as it kept skipping to the future.

That is strange.  But why would you use a date in the past?
