email subscription for multi page report
I noticed that email subscription allows me to send copy of only one page in report . I have three pages in my report, does this mean I have to create three different subscriptions for the same report?
Yeah, the subscription preview email will only show 1 page. But you can include a pdf attachment that has all the pages, so you dont have to create multiple subs.

Hi powerbiexpert22 ,
I’d like to acknowledge the valuable input provided by the Tutu_in_YYC . Their initial ideas were instrumental in guiding my approach. However, I noticed that further details were needed to fully understand the issue.
The email for this subscription contains snapshots and links to reports or dashboards, or full attachments to reports or dashboards. You can select PDF in the Attach Full Report option.
The full report attachment feature is available for reports that meet the following four conditions. Any existing subscriptions with full reports as attachments that don't meet these conditions are disabled and you receive an email explaining the error.
- They're in an upgraded workspace with Power BI Premium or Premium Per User.
- The report has fewer than 20 pages.
- The attachment file is under 25 MB in size.
- You aren't an owner of the report.
Therefore, please check if you fulfil the above conditions. More details can be found in the documentation:
Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Also, you should be able to pinthe entire reportpage to a dashboard, then do that for each report page. This means your 3 reportpages will exist in the same dashboard. Then you subscribe the emails from the dashboard instead of the report. then users should get one email with the contents of three pages.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Clara Gong
