email report to users

Hi,

 

I would like to know different ways to email PBI reports to users. file format should be PDF. thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

You could create a Power Automate that does it.  Or , you can use the internal Power BI methodology.  To do that you can follow the instructions here: Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
