email Subscriptions with filters applied

It's been asked a few times over the past few years, I'm wondering if there's now a solution to setting up a subscription with filters/slicers applied to the data?

I have many departments in the business all who need an email subscription to a report page with their own results - a page where the departments are normally selected via a slicer. I don't really want to have to create dozens of copies of the page to email out, I'd rather just set up a subscription with a specific filter (or bookmark, I guess) applied.  Is there any way to do this yet? I can't see an obvious method but this must be a frequent requirement.
