* Is this only related to paginated reports or reports in general within the Power BI Service?

* Will it be possible to use some kind of logic for distributing reports e.g. only send e-mail based on certain criterias like data values or similar, kind of like alerts.

* Estimare when will this be released

1. this functionality is now available in Power BI Premium.

you could also view your paginated reports in the Power BI mobile apps.
