distribute and displaying a report page on several screens using one Pro licens

Hi,

We are going to distribute and display a report page on multiple big screens on different locations. Is it against the licensing terms and conditions to use one license to login and distribute to several screens or should we buy a license for each screen and location?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could do it with a Pro license directly but the performance will be poor. For example, if your location is Southeast Asia and you wanna to connect to West Central US dataset, the network latency will be large.

So I suggest you to share report to users who have Pro license. Or you could get a Premium license then you could share report to users who have free license.

My 13 locations are within 10 km radius. But I intentially didnt wrote share but display since we are displaying on screens through a thrid-party system, which can display different weblinks to different screens. 

My question is more whether it is allowed for us to use one single pro licence to send 13 different links to the system and then display the different reports/weblinks on screens according to the terms and conditions?
