display issue of the advanced card on Internet Explorer 11

Hi everyone,

Here is my issue on Power BI Service :

I use the conditonal formating with the advanced card (colors the backgroung if the value is <2 etc ...).

There is no probleme when I open my report on Power BI Desktop or in Power BI Service on Chrom, but when I open It on Internet Explorer 11 the background of the card is not display.

Did someone have this issue or something similaire? How did you manage to display everything on Internet Explorer.

PS : I have checked and Internet Explorer 11 is one of the supported browsers for Power BI (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-browser-support)

Thank you for you help

Same issue here, Advance Card doesn't display properly on published reports in the WebApp when using IE11.

Works fine in Chrome...

Hi @Sabrine,

Based on my test, the conditional background color of Advanced Card displayed correctly in IE11.

In your scenario, please re-publish your report to service and test on IE 11 again. Besides, clear the cache of IE browser to see if it works. From the support page, I noticed that currently, there existing some issue with Internet Explorer 11 when using line charts or combo/line charts. Not sure whether this also is related to your scenario. But please wait for some time, it might be fixed later. If this problem is always persisting, you may need to create a support ticket for further analysis.

Hi @v-yulgu-msft and thank you very much for your reply.

Infortunatly, it didn't work. And worse : this visual don't work anymore in Power BI service on Chorme and olso on Power BI Desktop!

The thing is that I have not change a single thing since the last time...

I have tried to create a new report, with a simple data base (2 column, 2 rows) and to display this visual with the conditional formating, but it didn't work neither!

Am I the only one with this issue?

Best regards,

Sabrine

Hi @Sabrine,

I could not reproduce this problem on my side. You may need to create a support ticket for further analysis.
