Thanks for your response, that is exactly what I did. I had a play with the date format and discovered that if you choose the lower versions and not the top version Long and Short, that it worked the way I wanted it to.Refreshing the report and checking the output each time.

Continued ContributorSorted, I have changed the format to the dd mmmm yyyy and not used the default long Date
