hi,
I have xmla read write enabled. when i use tabular editor to connect to my dataset, I do not see a datasource, or the option to import new tables? What is the best way to do that? I do not want to edit the model in desktop anymore, as I like to check in the model.bim file into git, and see the model changes in readable form.
Hi @jessegorter ,
If the imported table does not support the data source, you can choose to manually import the metadata. Also provide a blog about the end of XMLA, hoping to help you.

HI @jessegorter ,
I am assuming that you are using Premium? THis link has quite a bit of information about this including the unsupported datasets - are you using one of those?
