dataset refresh error: can't find column

    Hi  nickspizza ,

    I my opinion, if you change the column name in the data source, the data source will not find the column when the data is being refreshed, you can try the following:

    • Try to re-create the connection with the data source,
    • Or change back to the name of the column in the data source

I deleted the app because I use the reports inside a sharepoint site. I republished the sharepoint site now but the dataset still gives an error when I try to refresh it

    Go through the steps again. Publish the pbix, update the app, do your SharePoint thing.

    Note: if you deleted the dataset you end up with a new set of GUIDs and your users may need to be informed of the new links.
