dataflow refreshing but data is stale

I am running into a very interesting problem where the dataflow is refreshing as scheduled (8:30am) but data is stale in power bi desktop. The data source for the dataflow is Snowflake, and I can see...

If you could refresh the cache of the power bi and try it again.
