1) I need to create a DataFlow within the PBI reporting service that connects to a view/Table built-in Azure Databricks. Is it possible?

2) Can I create a data model or join tables with Power BI Service? If yes, then in which license, pro or premium?

Hi @Anonymous ,

1. For how to create a Dataflow with Azure Databricks, please refer this similar case: Solved: Re: Is it possible to connect to Azure Databricks ... - Microsoft Power BI Community

2. You could join table by Dataflow, create data model and join table by Datamart

Dataflow: Dataflows are supported for Power BI Pro, Premium Per User (PPU), and Power BI Premium users. Some features are only available with a Power BI Premium subscription (which is either a Premium capacity or PPU license)

Datamart: To create a datamart, navigate to your existing Power BI Premium Gen 2, Premium per capacity (PPC), or Premium Per User (PPU) workspace. Datamarts require a Power BI Premium subscription. In your Premium Gen 2 workspace, select + New and then select **Datamart (Preview) to create a datamart.
