data source credendial update error

Hi Anonymous ,
Please try the following steps:
1. Restart the windows firewall service
2. Reboot the problematic machine
3. Restart the “TCP/IP stack”. Run CMD as administrator, type “netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt” to reset TCP/IP.
4. Try to temporarily disable antivirus.

I tried some step but unfortunately I can't close firewall and antivirus software which can only be handled by network administrator. So till now my problem remains. But I think your solution could have solved my problem becuase it seems credential update is blocked by firewall or antivirus software according to error type. I will manage to contact network administrator to see if I can do something on firewall. Thanks.
