data alerts in power bi service

Hello Community,

I have a question regarding Data alert options in Power BI Service:

It is about a warning system for the current delivery stock of our customers:
- Data basis: Orders in the delivery stock that have not been invoiced for more than 5 days.

Requirements for Data alert:
- Orders with an order volume of more than 5000€ should be triggered by a warning
- It is best if the warnings take place once a week (preferably on Mondays or Tuesdays).
- Allow option for a person who is managing the customer to get a notification ( alerts should be specific to person managing client instead of receiving all customer info)

- Option to see certain information in the e-mail generated in data alerts

The report showing this information has already been build but the data alert are giving me problems as I'm not sure if all requirements for the data alerts are possible. Could you kindly tell me if its possible and possibly how much time it would take approximately to implement the data alerts?

1) By this point I mean that all purchase orders over 5000 euro which have not been paid by the client within 5 days should trigger an alert --For example if customer A buys a laptop worth 5000 euro and doesn't pay this invoice within 5 days a trigger should trigger a warning. Would this be possible over the data trigger alert ?

Could you kindly though give me an estimate of the time in days it would take for this data trigger flows to be created?

(1)I cannot understand what is “Orders with an order volume of more than 5000€ should be triggered by a warning”, Do you mean to send an alert when the amount of a single order exceeds 5000 ? Or is the total order amount more than 5000 and the alarm is raised?

(2)In Service , the frequency of alert are once a day or once an hour , so if you want once a week , maybe you can try Power Automate to trigger alerts .

(3)If you want to send alerts to specific person , you can also try Power Automate .
