dashboard on iphobe - change order

Hi,

is there way to control the order of tile in dashboard on iphone?

I have dashboard that on horizontal mode seem ok , exactly as on the power on internet.

But when I change to vertical mode the order of the tile is not the same and not as I want it to be.

can I change it manually? how it decide the order of the tile on iphone?
