dashboard not refreshing even though uploaded in onedrive

Hi,

 

I am not able to refresh a dashboard of mine even though I uploaded and re-uploaded the datamodel multiple times in OneDrive. It's quite odd because other dashboards of mine are getting refreshed. This has happened sporadically for me over the past year.

Any help on why this happens or what can be done to rectify this would help greatly

    Hi Rajamohan,

     

    In your scenario, which datamodel did you store in the OneDrive? How did you configure the dataset refresh in Power BI service, via schedule refresh or OneDrive refresh?

     

    I would suggest you firstly click the dashboard tile go to the report to check if the corresponding report has been refreshed. Also please use "Refresh dashboard tiles" button to check if the tile has been updated.
