dashboard does NOT refresh in Power BI Server

Hi, 

 

My tiles are not refreshing. However, if you click on them and take to the report, the graphs show the last update.

    Anonymous Was this a constant or just after a short time? The dashboard will take about an hour to refresh after the report. If it is not updating at all then that is an issue.

      It is after an hour that it is not refresing.

        Anonymous Sorry, there isn't much I can offer in terms of a solution. I would try re-pinning the element, or refreshing the dashboard manually to see if you can instigate a refresh. If nothing works, the only recourse you would have is to open a Service Ticket with MSFT.
