custom schedule for power bi

If I built a power bi report , my user wants the report emailed to him at following schedules

1. 10 days before current quarter end

2. 5 days after the quarter

so my source is oracle, if i write two sql statements that gives me above 2 days ? can I schedule from power bi service by somehow referencing the source as an oracle sql statement ? so powerbi can execute the sql, get the day and send the report on that day ?
