create a web connector on Power BI that grabs data from PostgresQL remotely

I need a Power BI web App connector = PostgresQL database connector that grabs data from remote postgresql db every 1sec.

    If you can emulate a SQL Server Analysis Services instance, you could potentially use the Analysis Services Gateway to provide a "live" feed. The only reason I mention it is that I know that this exists in the MySQL world and we have a customer that we are going to try this with, will post here if it works, I'm guessing 50/50 chance.
