Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,

First of all, thanks uzuntasgokberk  for the quick reply. I'd like to add a few other thoughts:

In Power BI Service, the visibility of reports, datasets, and workspaces is controlled by permissions. If a user does not have access to a particular report, dataset, or workspace, they typically cannot see it listed. However, Power BI administrators have broader visibility and can see all workspaces, including their contents, even if they don't have explicit access to them.

You should be able to access all of this information through the Power BI REST API or Power BI Cmdlets.

Hello @powerbiexpert22,

I'm not sure that I understand well correctly. But, if in the workspace you some roles. İf you give the user to the roles there are some things to do. And more information you can follow the link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-roles-new-workspaces
