    I test it on the Serivce, and it works fine, 

    Considering that you can successfully set conditional formatting in Power BI Desktop, perhaps you can refresh the page. Or share a sample file then I can test it.

thank you very much. it was indeed a brwoser issue! with Firefox i saw everything i needed 🙂
