combine points in a geographic map

Hi, 

I have created a geographic map using a dataset containing the columns for country, city, postal code, and street. Is it possible to implement the following feature: when I zoom out on the map, I want the points to combine. Thus, each time I zoom out, the points that are close to each other should merge into a common point.
