clear filters when you return to BI page

When I use a report in BI service - as example - I use three of the filters, I close out the web page and when I come back (say a few days later, those same three filters are still applied, is there a way for it to revert to clear all filters?  I currently have a "clear filters button" but trying to see if I can even eliminate having to do that step everytime.   any help is appreciated.

In Power Bi Desktop if you go:

File >> Options and Settings >> Options >> Current File Report Settings

Tick "Don't allow end user to save filters on this file in the Power Bi service.

Hi @jcastr02 ,

Permanent filters allow all Power BI reports to now automatically retain the filters, slicers, and other data view changes you have made. You no longer need to spend time slicing and dicing reports and repeating the same steps every time you return to the service. With this feature, you'll be able to pick up where you left off and get your insights quickly!

To see the persistent filters that are running, simply go to any Power BI report that you are entitled to view or edit. You will notice a new button on the top bar that says "Reset to Default". By default, this is disabled. This essentially means that you are viewing the report view as published by the author and no changes have been made.

Persistent filters is turned on by default for all reportswe added the control to disable persistent filters for reports in Power BI Desktop.  As bcdobbs mentioned above, you can find this control under the Report settings option on Power BI Desktop, where checking off the box will turn off the feature for that particular report in the service.

For more information, you can refer to :Persistent Filters in the Power BI Service

Hope it helps,
