change xmla endpoint to read/write in PPU trial account

Hello all,
I want to be able to write to a published powerbi dataset through the xmla enpoint (with Tabular Editor). But somehow I cannot change it through the admin portal. Our company has a PowerBI Pro license but I am trying out with a PPU trial account.
I am trying to follow the guidelines here: Manage Premium Per User - Power BI | Microsoft Learn. But I only see this in my admin portal:

It is inviting me to a purchase. Is this option not available in the trial account?

Would like some assistance.

Hi. Only Power Bi Administrators can turn on the setting to allow XMLA. There is an option at Tenant Settings for general purpose and there is an specific one for PPU like the following picture:

It looks like you are not a PowerBi Administrator. You can contact the Admin and ask for permission.

I hope that helps,
