how do we change fabric capacity from F64 to higher version in power bi?

You cannot upgrade Fabric capacity (e.g., F64 >> F128) from Power BI or the Fabric portal.
Capacity size and SKU can only be changed by the Microsoft 365/Azure admin in the Azure portal, because Fabric capacities are billed and managed as Azure resources.Path:
Azure Portal >> Resource group >> Your Fabric Capacity (e.g., F64) >> Scale >> Select a higher SKU (F128, F256, etc.)After scaling in Azure, the new capacity automatically appears in Power BI / Fabric workspaces.
So the upgrade is done in Azure, not Power BI.

This needs to be done in Azure and you need to have at least contributor on the subscrioption.
