Hi,
My company has installed a new gateway, how can change the my current dataflow to the new gateway?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I think the best way for you is to add dataflow to new gateway. and then reset related credentials, change the selection of datasource(map to new one) and apply the setting in the dataset. I did a test, the reference is as follows:
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information screenshoot. Looking forward to your reply.

Great tnx!!!!!
Hi. Only the users added to the gateway will be able to see the gateway in order to make the change. You probably need to check in schedule refresh of the dataflow and check if you can see both gateways when configuring the refresh to change it. You could be able there.
If you can't see the new gateway in "manage gateways" settings you probably can't make the change.
I hope that make sense.
Happy to help!
