cant open the app

The app was working very well
A week ago I was trying to open it but this error message appears and the app didn't open anymore  

 

the system cannot find the file specified (Exception from HRESULT:0x80070002)

 

I tried to reinstall the app multiple times but didn't work, now I don't know how to fix this

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    When you are talking about the App, what app do you mean?

     

    There is a template app, a Power BI Service App and Power BI desktop?
