cannot create a group

Hi all,   I registered as (Trial) Pro user and I'm trying to create a group with another (Trial) Pro user. When I try to create a group, I receive the following error:    Activity ID 1c1ae819-922...

Hi gianlucacalzati,

 

Did you create a support ticket as suggested by Greg_Deckler?

 

The group creation in Power BI is now controlled by the group creation in Exchange Online. In your scenario, please check in your Office 365 tenant whether group creation option is disabled. For more information, please refer to this: Prevent Users from Creating Groups in Office 365.
