fsaiyed,
Please use map user name feature to map the two users with a user that has access to the SSAS data source, this way, they will be able to view reports.

Lydia
fsaiyed,
How about you publish apps instead of publishing content packs? And have you defined Row Level Security in your dataset?
You can follow the guide in the article below to publish apps in Power BI Service.

Just made an app with one of the reports that wasnt accessible. It still throws the same error when accessing the report through an app. Report throws the error 'This report couldnt access the data source. Contact PowerBI, the author, to have it fixed.' On the report visuals when i click on 'See details' it shows the error 'Couldnt load the data for this visual - Couldnt retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later. Please tryy again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.' I gave access to this app to myslf and the first affected user. I can see it on my login but the affected user cant.
Also, i now have another user with this exact same issue. This is very weird as others dont have this problem and only 2 people are affected.
And i dont think there are any row level securities.
Any other ideas?
