can't load visuals- Windows 7 on 64 bit

Just had Power BI desktop loaded to my Windows 7 work laptop and can not see any visuals.  I checked and they loaded 64 bit which is correct.  Sent my file to another user and they could see visuals just fine... so I know it's not my source data.

I don't have admin rights on my laptop- and my company is not on O365 yet and therefore won't support or provide me any help.

Any suggestions on what I can check on my own to fix?
