can't create an embed code because the report is not eligible for use with Publish to web.
Hi guy,
I have this report using another dataset as a source, you can see the picture. I am trying to publish to web (public) but I get message
" you can't create an embed code because the report is not eligible for use with Publish to web."
I have enabled Publish to web in admin but it is not success
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Refer this, publish to web is supported for the vast majority of data sources and reports in the Power BI service. However, the following kinds of reports are currently not supported or available with Publish to web:
