can't connect impala in datamart PBI Service

Hi, 

need help guys 

I can connect fine my impala server in PBI Desktop,  

I try the same  when create datamart in PBI Service and I get these following error message: 

"Connection could not be created. This may mean it is not accessible from this network or at this URI, or that a gateway is required to access this data source. (Session ID: 82c51f9b-24af-40dc-8187-6941893073b6, Region: asia)"

that seems to be your issue?

the notification said so, but, it work just fine when I connect impala in power BI desktop with the same setting. any insight?

Doesn't matter if it works on the desktop. For service refresh of an on-premise data source you need a gateway.
