can i query all the viewer/contributors etc across multiple workspaces?

hi we've begun recording apps x roles at our company.  at the moment the apps are erp's but i'd like to blend pbi's metadata about users too, specifically their role per workspace.   And if possible, i'd like to record both the email and userid because if i remember correctly they are tied at the hip AD wise in the cloud.  But if just email is possible, even that would be great.  if it works out i'd want to feed them automatically to our new apps/role warehouse table daily.  i dont know if access can differ at the report level but if so i may want that delineation too.
