calculated field for previous week

I have a previous week calculated field based on today() function. I am refreshing the dataset at 11 AM AEST (1 AM UTC) but still the week range is not getting refreshed. even the today's date is not getting updated.

Could you please let me know any solution for this? here is the screenshot for reference.
