blocked dataset

Hi all,

we have a very critical problem!

we are using gateway( Permalink) in one of our dataset, this datasets will be refresh with a call from one web page.

some times this data sets will be blocked with out any error, even with restarting gateway the problem won't be solved.

do you have any Idea about this problem.

actually we can not even understand what is the cause of this block!( since It remains 'in progress' with out any message)

do you have any suggestion?

we thought about putting time out for our refresh, is it possible set the time out? if yes would you please guide me how could I set it?

    Hi there

    Could you give more details on what the error message is that your receive?

    Also if it is being blocked could it be blocked from the source web page?

      Thanks GilbertQ  for the answer,

      as I told before, it does not show any errore! it remains 'in Progress' for a long period.

       what do you mean blocked from web page, would you please explain more.

        What I mean is what if you try and access the page via a Web Browser does it work?
