blocked dataset

Hi all, we have a very critical problem! we are using gateway( Permalink) in one of our dataset, this datasets will be refresh with a call from one web page. some times this data sets will be bloc...

as I told before, it does not show any errore! it remains 'in Progress' for a long period.

 what do you mean blocked from web page, would you please explain more.

What I mean is what if you try and access the page via a Web Browser does it work?

    no, the data set remain 'in progress' and nothing happens.
