blank screen while users trying to open shared dashboard from invite link

Users are getting a blank page while trying to open a dashboard from the shared invite email, but they are able to open using the dahsboard link when manually shared.

Hi Dale  (v-jiascu-msft) - please elaborate on its been fixed as I am having the same issue described on this chain of posts with my dashboard (no app used - published directly into a premium workspace).  My company only allows an older desktop version (June 2018 I think?) - so if the fix is in the publishing from an updated Power BI desktop program then I need to know that so I can push my IT to certify and update to a newer version.
