autorefresh under app.powerbi.com

Hello,

I use powerbi under desktop and app.powerbi.com . My report it's built under desktop mod and under app.powerbi.com it's to show all reports.

To refresh my reports under app.powerbi.com I look for a system with a button .

> there is a system with a button to refresh and actualise data ?

> there is only a plan task with a system of defined date ?

For refresh the report,

first, you need to know if the dataset of this report needs a gateway for refresh.

If it needs a gateway, please  install a gateway, and then add the data source in it. see the steps as below:

Second, you could set Schedule refresh for the dataset. see the detail as below:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-scheduled-refresh

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-data

Now you could refresh the report manually or refresh as planned

Hi Lin! @v-lili6-msft 

I've tried to figure out autorefresh, first I tried to use a gateway, then I realized I don't need to use it and deleted it, but now I'm not able to switch "off" button for gateway and schedule the refresh.

Could you help me to fix this issue please?
